Rustam Abdullayev
Chairman of the Board of Altes Group

In 1991, Rustam Abdullayev graduated from the therapeutic department of Azerbaijan State Medical University. In 2001, he founded pharmaceutical company NUR Pharm. Due to the forward-looking approach to administrative and business development systems and quick reaction to the changes in terms of the rapidly growing market, NUR Pharm under the management of Rustam Abdullayev has became one of the leading pharmaceutical distributors in Azerbaijan.
Since 2006, Rustam Abdullayev has been occupying the position of Chairman of the Board of Altes Group Holding. By that time the holding has included NUR Pharm and Altes Construction. Talented leader with a stainless reputation of businessman, Rustam Abdullayev has managed to gather around him an educated and experienced staff and made the holding a flagship of the Azerbaijan business.
Ramil Mirgeydarov
Member of the Board, Managing Director of Altes Group
Carries out an operational management of the holding, and also involves in the strategic projects, is responsible for strategy of regional development and organization and improvement of internal business regulations, introduction of planning processes
Ramil Mirgeydarov has graduated from Azerbaijan State Oil Academy in 2000, majoring in Engineering and Economic Management. In 2002-2007, he worked in Gunay Group at the position of Project Coordination Expert. Due to his own initiative and the high intellectual level, in a short time he has been promoted to the position of the Personal Assistant to the President of the company.
Since 2007, he is the Member of the Board of Directors and also, Managing Director of Altes Group. Due to Ramil’s innovative approach, the company started to develop successfully in the foreign countries.
Fagan Shukurov
Member of the Board of Directors, Director of the Business Planning and Development Department
Responsible for opening new branches and regional development strategy planning and development of the international business. Carries out an operational management of the company, and also controls all strategic projects.
In 2000, Fagan graduated from the Middle-East Technical University of Ankara, Turkey majoring in Business Management. From 2001-2003, he had worked as the operating director of Konica representative office in Azerbaijan.
In 2003, he was employed by Altes Group having passed all career levels within the company. Since 2005 he has been the Head of Overseas Construction Projects, and since 2008, the Head of Business Planning and Development Department, and also Member of the Board. High level of personal motivation, purposefulness and diligence are the basic qualities of Fagan. Owning to these qualities within the short period of time he has achieved fast career development and has introduced positive dynamics into the company development.
Javid Guliyev
Member of the Board, General Director of regional office of "Altesstroyinvest"Ltd.
Responsible for development of construction and construction equipment delivery activity in Russian market, carries out current projects, attracts new partners and strategy tasks
Graduated from Azerbaijan State Economic University in 1998.Studied in faculty of International marketing speciality.Holder of master`s degree in finance and credit specialist by MBA programme (2002-2004).Head of humanitarian department in Youth Union of Azerbaijan (1998-2002).From 2002-2006 worked for McDermott Caspian company.Has joined Altes Group from 2006.
From August of 2008 acts as general director of regional presentation of “Altesstroyinvest” Ltd to Russian Federation with head office in Moskow. Due to hard work and high persistence Javid Guliyev succesfully realizes a number of projects in Russian Federation during the last years.
